Edith M. Tisdale

Edith M. Tisdale, age 84 of Blue River, passed away on Friday, December 20, 2019 at Pine Valley  Community Village in Richland Center.  She was born June 27, 1935 in Mt. Hope.   The daughter of Daurus and Mary (Pivot) Perkins.  She married James Tisdale in July 11, 1953 at the United Methodist Church in Blue River.  He preceded her in death on March 13, 1991.  Edith was a very kind and caring mother to both her children and to those for which she would baby-sit. She worked as town clerk for 18 years in Richwood township, the meal site manager in Blue River from the mid 80s until retirement, and served many years as EMT on the Blue River Squad. She Is survived by one son: James (Brooke) Tisdale of Boscobel. Three daughters; Dawn Cunningham of Blue River and Mike Peckham  of Richland Center, Diane (Charles) Bailey of Soldiers Grove, Susan (Dean) Aide of Richland Center.  9 Grandchildren , 7 Great-Grandchildren.  Two brothers: Kenneth (Linda) Perkins of Loganville, Cyrus (Karen) Perkins of Kenosha .  She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and sister in law Frank and Diane Perkins.
Funeral Services will be held on  Friday December 27, 2019  at 12:00 P.M.  at the Kendall Funeral Home in Boscobel.  Pastor  Mary Ann Floerke officiating. Burial in the Blue River Cemetery, Blue River Wisconsin.  Friends may call on Friday December 27, 2019 from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service, at the Kendall Funeral Home in Boscobel.
