Alice (Turner) Trombley, 85, died peacefully on February 13, 2024 at her home on Lake Beulah in East Troy, Wisconsin with her family by her side. Alice was a loving wife to her beloved, “Melvie”, loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Alice was born in Barnum, Wisconsin to Herb and Una Turner and was the 7 th child of nine. She loved her parents and her family. She moved with her husband and combined family from Boscobel, Wisconsin to Lake Beulah in East Troy, in 1973 and was devoted to her family in addition to working as a bookkeeper at East Troy Lumber, Mukwonago Carpet Company and Hair Techniques in Delavan. Alice enjoyed traveling to all 50 states, sharing time in the kitchen cooking and baking, sewing, playing cards and games, puzzles, spending time sitting at the lake and boat rides and making all family gatherings and holidays special. She’s known for all the special birthday cakes she made for her grandchildren. It was a labor of love. Alice is survived by her husband, Melvin, her daughters, Deanna (Doug) Tracy, Deb Fudala, Donita (Mark) Kohler, Cathy (Ed) Lipke, Lisa Trombley and sons, Joe (Candi) and Larry (Debra) Trombley, her brothers Harold (Marlene) and Verne (Sharon) Turner, sister-in-law, Pearl Turner, her 13 grandchildren; Danielle, Scott, Alicia, Brianne, Anton, Brady, Joshua, Darien, Jacob, Tricia, EJ, Tiffany, Zoey and great-grandchildren. She is proceeded in death by her parents, Sisters, Ruth, Leona, Millie, Brothers, Butch, Lloyd and Lyle, son Terry Trombley and granddaughter, Heather Lipke. Special thanks to Pro Health Home Hospice Care and especially Jody and Chaplain Paul. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 21, 2024 at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in East Troy with visitation at 10:00 AM and funeral mass at 11:30 AM. Burial will be at the Boscobel Cemetery. Memorials in Alice’s name may be directed to the Alzheimer’s Association.
