Ardis M. Cook, age 81 of Boscobel, passed away on Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at Boscobel Care and Rehab in Boscobel.  She was born on April 8, 1937 in​ Crawford County​,  Wisconsin.  The daughter of Robert and Dorothy (Wiltrout) Jones.  She is survived by three children; Kim (Mark) Jackson of Cashton, Cheri (Mike) Dremsa of Boscobel, and Jeffrey (Anne) Cook of Istanti Mn. 12 Grandchildren, 1 Great-Granddaughter . Two sisters: Sharon (Gene) Poore of Hiddenite N.C., Jane (Bill) Richardson of Merrimac Wisconsin. She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter Jamie Hegvik, two brothers Robert and Wayne Jones, one sister Ruth Cooley.

A celebration of life will be held on   ​Tuesday March 19, 2019 at 5:00 P.M.​ at the​ Kendall Funeral Home in Boscobel. Pastor David Oakes officiating.  Friends may call on Tuesday , March   19,   2019 from 2;00 P.M. until the time of service,  at the Kendall Funeral Home in Boscobel.
