Bryan W. Bender, age 40 of Woodman, lost his battle with brain cancer on Friday, April 5, 2024 surrounded by his family and friends at home. He was born April 2, 1984 in Boscobel, the son of Lyle and Judy (Zinck) Bender. He married Kelly Ramsden on December 8, 2020 at their family cabin in Marion Township. Bryan enjoyed deer hunting with friends near and far, supporting the Twisted Deere and other friends in tractor pulling, and watching his girls grow up. You could always count on Bryan for a cold Bud Light. Bryan is survived by his wife, Kelly Bender of Woodman and his young daughters, Danni (3) and Kodi (8 months); his parents, Lyle and Judy Bender of Boscobel; two sisters, Jennifer (Duke) Ehle of Spooner, Bridget Bender of Boscobel; a brother, Chuck Loomis of Texas; his Paternal Grandmother, Elaine Bender of Woodman; his mother-in-law, Jennifer (Dan) Carey of Highland; his father-in-law, Craig Ramsden of Muscoda; two sisters-in-law, Brenna Ramsden (Olie Moss) in Phoenix AZ, and Kate Ramsden of Madison; his Godson, Jerrin Glasbrenner; Godparents, Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews, and other friends. He was preceded in death by his grandfather Charles Bender; an uncle, Larry Bender, and grandparents, Robert and Marjorie Zinck, and Margot Loomis. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, April 12, 2024 at 5 p.m. at the Boscobel Bowl and Banquet, in Boscobel with Pastor Lance Wetter officiating. Private family burial in the Boscobel Cemetery. Friends may call on Friday, April 12, 2024, from 12 p.m. (noon) until the time of service at 5 p.m. at the Boscobel Bowl and Banquet in Boscobel. The Kendall Funeral Service is assisting the family.
