Bryan J. Wetter

Bryan J. Wetter, age 63, of rural Boscobel passed away unexpectedly in his home on March 3, 2022.

Bryan was born on June 5, 1958 to Stanley and Marlene Wetter, Boscobel.  Bryan graduated from Boscobel High School and remained in the community where he was able to be closest to his family.  He loved to share memories of growing up on the farm and rough housing with his three brothers.   He was happiest when he was farming and was able to continue generations of farming with his son, father and grandfather.  He committed his life to tending to the family farm; which was one of his proudest accomplishments.  

Bryan was known for his quick wit, sense of humor, and entertaining storytelling.  He loved to be outdoors and had a great passion for hunting; he shared this passion with his children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews.  He is already deeply missed by his constant companion and beloved dog, Tippy.

Bryan leaves a beautiful legacy in the love and memories shared with his four children Rebecca (Jerron) Wetter of Dodgeville, Jessica (Mike) Szymczyk of Dodgeville, Jacob (Mandi) Wetter of Dodgeville, and Valerie (Adam) Kleinow of McGregor, Iowa and his 13 grandchildren.  He also leaves behind a brother, Jeffrey (Nancy) Wetter of Benton, and sister-in-law, Laurie (Mark) Mindham of Gays Mills, along with many special nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Stanley and Marlene Wetter, and his brothers, Stanley (Butch) Wetter and Eric Wetter.

Friends and family are invited to attend a Celebration of Life for Bryan on Thursday, March 10, 2022 beginning at 4:00 p.m. at the Boscobel Bowling and Banquet.  A reception will be offered beginning at 4:30 p.m. and conclude with a service at 7:00  p.m.
