Casper W. Grogan, age 70 of Blue River, passed away on Monday June 1, 2020 at Gundersen Hospital in Boscobel. He was born May 14, 1950 in LaCrosse, Wisconsin. The son of Casper and Nellie (Sheriff) Grogan Sr. Casper worked many jobs, but mostly he was a truck driver over the road. He is survived by one daughter; Brandi (Darren) Summers of Page Nebraska. One son; Davus Closson (Fiancee Ann Navarro) both of O'Neill Nebraska Two grandchildren, One brother Clyde Strong of California, one sister; Carol Emo of Green Bay. He is also survived by his extended family; Stella Schaller, Goldie Gardner, Jerry (Deb) Schaller, Larry Schaller, and Mary Aguire. He was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter Gina Grogan. Four brothers; David Schaller, Dennis Schaller, Roger Grogan., and Cecil Kennelly. One sister; Ellen Littlesoldier, A brother in Law; Henry Littlesholdier. Due to the Covid-19 virus Private services will be held at a later date. The Kendall Funeral Service in Boscobel is assisting the family.
