Colleen loved the connections she made with people and thrived in her work as a hairdresser,
restaurant manager and event coordinator. She was a loving caring person who always had a smile and
kind word for everyone leaving an imprint on our hearts with her warmth. She loved life and its simple
pleasures. Colleen had a natural gift of music and could listen to a song once, pick up her trumpet and
play it for all to enjoy. Colleen loved to connect with nature and spent countless hours fishing, boating
and planting flowers; she was so at peace in the quiet of the trees, water and all living things.
Colleen was born twelve (12) weeks early and was a fighter and protector throughout her life. She was
always there to lend a hand, a kind word, smile or anything you needed. Although her time with us was
short, her impact was powerful and everlasting. She can rest peacefully knowing her legacy of inner
beauty, strength and giving nature will be carried on by her twin sister, beautiful daughters and
grandsons from here…….
