David Dean Anderson

David Dean Anderson, age 65 of rural Boscobel, passed away on Wednesday, January 1, 2025.

David was a beloved member of the Boscobel community, known for his kindness, generosity, and unwavering willingness to lend a helping hand. He could often be found at the Unique Cafe in Boscobel or Vicki’s Cafe in Muscoda, enjoying lunch with friends and sharing stories. David cherished his time “porch sitting”, visiting with friends and enjoying nature. He was the kind of neighbor and friend who left a lasting impression on everyone he met, always putting others before himself.

David is survived by several relatives and many dear friends. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Millicent (Kreul) and Virgil Anderson, who surely welcomed him with open arms.

The funeral service for David will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, January 8, 2025 at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 208 Mary Street, Boscobel with Rev. Mark Peters officiating. A visitation will be held at church from 9:00 am until the time of the service. He will be laid to rest at the Boscobel Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. John’s are appreciated.
