Diane M. Hines, age 65 of Boscobel, passed away on Wednesday February 24, 2021 at Gundersen Health Center in LaCrosse, from Pneumonia and Covid-19.  She was born March 22, 1955 in Boscobel.  The daughter of Lawrence and Ellen (Blake) Rider. Diane attended Boscobel High School.  She married David Hines on June 30, 1973 at the First Congregational Church in Boscobel.  Diane loved spending time with family and friends playing cards and going to Bingo.  She also loved spending time baking and being around her grandchildren and great-grandson.  Diane worked for many years at Advanced Transformer and Rayovac, and later got her CNA license and retired from Golden Living Center in Muscoda where she loved working with the residents.  She is survived by her husband David Hines of Boscobel.  Two daughters, Angie May of LaCrescent Mn., Debbie Hines of Boscobel. Four Grandchildren: Kassie (Cyle) Ward of Boscobel, Jennifer May of Boscobel, Kayla May of Blue River, David May of Blue River. One Great-Grandson; Owen Ward of Boscobel. Her siblings, Gerald (Connie) Rider of Dodgeville, Randy Rider of Madison, Connie Silvers of Prairie du Chien, Evelyn Rider of Madison, Mary Mook of Fennimore, . She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter; Kristi Hines, a sister Joyce Pease.
Private Funeral Services will be held on Monday March 1, 2021 at the Kendall Funeral Home in Boscobel.  Pastor Mary Ann Floerke officiating, burial in Boscobel Cemetery.
