Dr. Edward H. Spiegelberg III, DDS

Dr. Edward Henry “Ed” Spiegelberg III, DDS, age 82 of Lawrence, KS, passed away on Friday, November 14, 2025 at Windsor of Lawrence Assisted Living. He was born on December 8, 1942 in Boscobel, WI, the only son of the late Edward and Elizabeth (Kretschman) Spiegelberg. Ed went onto dental school and became a dentist. He proudly served his country in the US Army and worked as a dentist during his service. After serving in the Army, Ed practiced dentistry in Milwaukee for many years and later in Wimauma, FL. In 2022, he relocated to Windsor of Lawrence Assisting Living facility in Lawrence, Kansas to be closer to family.

Ed is survived by his first cousin Patricia “Pat” Hyland of Lawrence, KS along with her three children and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents Edward and Elizabeth Spiegelberg.

The funeral mass for Ed will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, November 24, 2025 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 405 E LeGrand Street, Boscobel. The visitation will be held at the church from 10:00 am until the time of the service. Military Honors will be held following the funeral mass. Ed will be laid to rest in the Boscobel Cemetery next to his parents. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established. Online condolences can be offered at www.kendallfuneralservice.com.
