Elnor M. De Boer, age 88 of Boscobel, passed away on Friday March 4, 2022, at Divine Health and Rehab in Fennimore. She was born June 29, 1933, in Marietta Valley, Crawford County Wisconsin. The daughter of William and Inez (Ferrel) Robinson. She married Arnold Lippman on October 20, 1951, at the Little Brown Church in Nashua Iowa. They had two boys, Michael and Daniel Lippman which they lived in Sandwich, Illinois He preceded her in death on May 18, 1956. Elnor then met Henry DeBoer in South Bend Indiana and were married on November 20, 1958. They together had four children, Henry, Lisa, Jeffery, and Justin. They moved to California until he preceded her in death on February 24, 1970. Elnor and the children moved back to Wisconsin where she and her mother owned the I&E Liquor Store, The Corner Tap Bar and Riverside Nightclub. After selling the nightclub Elnor worked at Advanced Transformer for many years until her retirement. After her retirement she worked at Lands’ End, part-time in Dodgeville. In her spare time, she tended bar at The Pour House and Boscobel Hotel. She enjoyed making Easter Bonnets and going on the Easter parade with her lifelong friends. Elnor also enjoyed trips to Las Vegas, making lefse for her family and friends and spending time with her family. She was an avid Packer and Badger Fan. She is survived by her children; Michael (Holly) Lippman of Blue Mounds, Daniel Lippman of Boscobel, Henry (Robyn) De Boer of Poynette, Lisa (Francis) Trumm of Boscobel, Twins: Justin De Boer and Fiancée Julie Fuerstenberg of Fennimore, Jeffrey (Grace) De Boer of Macon Mo. 15 Grandchildren, 13 Great-Grandchildren, 2 Great-Great-Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, and a daughter in law Judy Lippman.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday March 9, 2022, at 11:00 A.M. at the Kendall Funeral Home in Boscobel, Pastor Rich McLeer officiating. Burial in the Hickory Grove Cemetery, Hickory Grove Township Grant County Wisconsin. Friends may call on Tuesday March 8, 2022, from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the Kendall Funeral Home in Boscobel, and on Wednesday from 10:00 A. M. until the time of service at the funeral home.
