Gordon D. Butler, age 81, of Boscobel, passed away on Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at Gundersen  Area Hospital in Boscobel.  He was born on September 24, 1937 in Boscobel. The son of Peter and Belva  (Mook) Butler. He married Joyce Boebel on February 8, 1964, at St. John's Lutheran Church in Boscobel.  Gordon spent his entire life in farming. He is survived by his wife Joyce Butler of Boscobel. A daughter, Loretta Butler of Dodgeville, three grandchildren.  Five brothers; Greg (Kay) Butler of Gays Mills, Gary Butler of Boscobel, David (Jean) Butler of Boscobel, Roger (Chris) Butler of Boscobel, Richard (Denise) Butler of Boscobel. Two sisters: Mary (Roger) Kerr of Boscobel, Carol (David) Nankey of Highland. Several Nieces and Nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter Diane Schaff , along with two infants.

Memorial Services will be held on Friday March 29, 2019 at 11;00 A.M. at the Kendall Funeral Home in Boscobel. Pastor Peter Heide officiating. Burial in the Boscobel Cemetery.  Friends may call on Friday, March 29, 2019 from 9:00 A.M. until the time of service at the Kendall Funeral Home in Boscobel.
