Judy J. Pitzer, age 76 of Boscobel, passed away on Sunday June 18,2023 at Divine and  Rehabilitation, in Fennimore. She was born September 15, 1946 in Delavan Wisconsin.  The daughter of Lawrence and Mertie (Rumpee) Beier.
Judy moved to Boscobel at the age of 18, after she met her then husband Larry (Toby) Pitzer. They traveled the United States together making many memories. Later on in their life, they decided to separate, and make new lives for themselves.
Judy worked at Advance transformer when the company first opened. She stayed there for 11 years. She then moved on to Dicks (now Piggly wiggly) in the bakery and Deli .  She was known as the cookie lady to so many young kids. Always known for her beautiful smile and attitude while she served her customers. She was a very hard worker and always put  100 % in her job.
Judy freehand all of the decorations for every holiday and special occasion for the bakery and Deli.. She was able to show her passion for being an artist.
Judy later retired from there after 23 years.
Judy had many special hobbies. She was an outstanding artist/painter. She had a photographic memory, and was able to transfer that on a canvas. Creating a painting that was absolutely beautiful.
Judy sewed many costumes for Sarah. Weather it was for Halloween or a school play.
Judy also loved to garden, can, bake and cook homemade meals from scratch.
She was always known to have the best pancakes and spaghetti around. Her Christmas cookies was also  outstanding and so creative.
Judy was a great mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, daughter and friend. She was the type of woman that gave her all no matter what. If she couldn't afford to fix something, she would learn to fix if herself. She was a hard dedicated worker not only at her job but her family as well. She had a heart of gold. Judy was an outstanding woman and will be greatly missed.
