Kathyrn L. (Dobson) Steiner

Kathyrn L. Steiner, age 73, of Jefferson, passed away on Wednesday April 9, 2025 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born August 6, 1951 in Boscobel, the daughter of Adolph and Noama (Jones) Dobson. She married Ervin Steiner on February 7, 1970 at the United Methodist Church in Boscobel.

She is survived by her husband, Ervin Steiner of Jefferson; two sons, Todd (Susie) of Milton and Matt Steiner of Jefferson; six grandchildren, Adam (Lea), Michelle (Nate), Jennifer (Tim), Kayla (Travis), Tim (Sarah) and Wesley; five great-grandchildren, Ryan, Lucas, Ryan, Emma and Amelia; three brothers, Jerry (Sarah) Dobson, Duane (Darlene) Dobson and Mike (Cindy) Dobson.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Jim Dobson and Ted Dobson; two sisters, Donna Stark and Margaret Wallin.

Kathy was active in Cub Scouts, Special Olympics, and loved thrifting, girls trips, and anything to do with her family.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, April 19, 2025 at the Kendall Funeral Home in Boscobel. Visitation Services on Saturday April 19, 2025 from 10 a.m. until 12 noon at the Kendall Funeral Home in Boscobel, with service starting at 12 Noon with Pastor Stan Pegram officiating.
