Mark Pitzer Obituary

Dateline -Boscobel

Mark A. Pitzer, age 59 of Boscobel passed away on Saturday May 13, 2023 at Gundersen Health System in Boscobel.  He was born July 22, 1963  in Boscobel.  The son of Donald and Inez (Faulkner) Pitzer. 

He was known as Grandma and Hillbilly at work and Porqupine bear hunting.
He worked at Advance, Wick Homes and Diamond Builders until he joined
the Carpenters Union where he worked for Statz and Harrop for many
years.
He married Denise Randall [whom he called his Queen] Oct 25, 2002 at
the Little Brown Church in the Vale and renewed their vows  several
times.
They had a hobby farm in Crawford County where they raised beef cattle
until they moved to town.
He loved to hunt, fish and mushroom hunt with his boys and later with
his grandchildren. He also loved going to car shows to show off his
parents T-Bird and LTD II, and he always dropped what he doing to help
out a friend.
He is survived by his wife Denise Pitzer of Boscobel. Three Sons, Jason (Amy) Pitzer, and their children, Jeremiah and Marley Pitzer, of Marshall, Mathew (Jordan) Pitzer and their children, Leelan and Quinn Pitzer of Waterloo Wi., Tyson (Brittany) Pitzer, and their  son,  Korbin  Pitzer,of Marshall.  His extended family,  Sabrina (Dana) Rider , and their  children, Randall Potter and Madelynn Huber  of Richland Center, Jake Lewallen, and his daughter  Khloe Lewallen of Boscobel. 
Brother Brian [Shelly]  Pitzer of Boscobel, and a nephew Gunner Pitzer.
Uncle Percy [Sue] Pitzer, Uncle Tates [Vicky] Faulkner, Judy Pitzer
and Cousins.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Uncle Richard and Larry [Toby}
Pitzer, Bill (Bullfrog) Pitzer, and Aunt Norma [Faulkner] Wellington.
 Memorial Services will be Saturday,  July 15,  2023 at 11:00 A.M.at Kendall Funeral Home, in Boscobel.. Pastor Lance Wetter officiating.  Burial in the Boscobel Cemetery.  Friends may call on Saturday  July 15, 2023 at the Kendall Funeral Home in Boscobel from  9:00 A.M. until the time of service, at the Kendall Funeral Home in Boscobel. A celebration of Life will be held following the burial in the Boscobel Cemetery  at the Cottonwood, rural Fennimore , all are invited to share memories .Online condolences can be sent to www.kendallfuneralservice.com
