Mary Jane Johnson 93 of Boscobel went through death to life on March 11, 2022. She was born in St. Louis Mo. on September 26, 1928. She grew up in Illinois. Where she attended Belvidere High School where she met Bob, they were High School Sweet Hearts and got married in 1947 on November 28. They had nine children, Wayne (Father Joachim, O.C.S.O.) Trappist Ky, Tom Boscobel, Jeff, Neenah, Bonnie,Boscobel , Dan deceased Mike, Appleton, Mary Appleton, Joe Boscobel, Patty (Cliff) Callender of Tallahassee Fl. They also had 12 Grandchildren 13 Great-Grandchildren. Mary Jane Joined the Catholic Church in 1945.  She was also a member of the Benedictine OBlates, 3rd order. Preceded in death were her parents, son Daniel and sister Lois.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday March 15, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Boscobel. Father Christopher Padilla and Father Joachim Johnson O.C.S.O. Con-Celebrants  . Burial in the Boscobel Cemetery. Friends may call on Tuesday March 15, 2022 from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Boscobel.
