Michael C. Duve

Michael C. Duve, age 70 of Boscobel, passed away on Wednesday October 19, 2022, at Gundersen Health System in LaCrosse, after a brief illness.  He was born September 6, 1952 in Platteville, Wisconsin.  The son of Clement and Mary ( Hubler) Duve. He married Deborah Emler on February 14, 1990 at the Little Brown Church in Nashua Iowa.
Michael enjoyed his involvement with the pre-1840 rendezvous, along with his wife Deb, at his side. They often went to events in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Iowa. He was a member of the Bad Axe Longrifles.  He enjoyed shooting his 50 caliber black power rifle,  and throwing tomahawks. They both loved to travel to the Black Hill in South Dakota, and especially enjoyed the Badlands. Michael also had a love for muscle cars.
He is survived by his wife Deborah Duve of Boscobel, his children; Jeremy (Jamie) Duve of Belmont, Stephanie(Nathan) Robson of Spring Green, Michael Duve of Platteville, Jillian Davis of Mt. Zion, Melissa (Jeremy) Kelly of Platteville. 16 Grandchildren, 3 Great-Grandchildren. Four brothers; Allen (Lindsey) Duve of  Beetown, Patrick Duve of Lancaster, Terry Duve of Lancaster, James Duve of Prairie du Chien. One sister, Linda (Doug) Duve Keys of Hazel Green.  He was preceded in death by his parents.
