Robert J. "Bobby" Frazier, age 46 of Boscobel, passed away on Saturday March 17, 2018 at Mayo Health Care in LaCrosse Wisconsin.  He was born on May 13, 1971 in Prairie du Chien Wisconsin. The son of Shirley Rathbun .  He married Connie Sobek of May 15, 1999 at the Assembly of God Church in Boscobel. He was a carpenter for Design Homes in Prairie du Chien for many years.  He is survived by his wife Connie Frazier of Boscobel. One brother Judd Frazier of Wisconsin. Two sisters Teresa (Oscar) Yesquen of Prairie du Chien, and Teria (Derrick) Eilers of Luana Iowa. Several Nieces and Nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday May 12, 2018 after 11:00 A.M. at the Tuffley Center in Boscobel.
