Robert J. Bloedow Sr. age 84 of Boscobel, passed away on Friday December 3, 2021 at Boscobel Care and Rehab in Boscobel. Surrounded by his wife Faye of 66 years of marriage by his side.  He was born October 4, 1937 in Clyde Twp. Iowa County Wisconsin.  The son of John and Bernice (Johnson) Bloedow. He married Faye Nelson on June 6, 1955 in Marquette Iowa.
 He was raised on a farm and enjoy being outside. He was a avid hunter and fisherman.  He and Faye moved to WY for a time.  After moving back to WI he was in the logging business.  He and Faye made many trips back out West for hunting trips and visiting friends.  They enjoy traveling together.
He is survived by his wife Faye Bloedow of Boscobel. Two sons; John (Darlene) Bloedow of Boscobel, Wayne Bloedow of Viroqua. Three Daughters; Barb (Gary) Degenhardt of Boscobel, Mary (Mike) Knight of Soldiers Grove, Sue (Kenneth) Fry of Boscobel. 16 Grandchildren, 36 Great-Grandchildren. One brother; William (Dorothy) Bloedow of Boscobel. Three sisters; Margie Olson of Avoca, Lavina Powers of Rio, Eileen Slabach of Onalaska. He was preceded in death by his parents, two waiting angel Sons; Cheyenne and Carl Bloedow. One brother Norbert Bloedow.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday December 6, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. at the Kendall Funeral Home in Boscobel.  Pastor Dana Wilkie officiating. Burial in the Five Points Lutheran Church Cemetery, at Five Points.  Friends may call on Monday December 6, 2021 from 9:00 A.M. until the time of service at the Kendall Funeral Home in Boscobel.
