William G. "Bill" Lewis, age 84 of Boscobel, passed away on Wednesday August 18, 2021 at his residence in Boscobel. He was born May 14, 1937 in Marietta Township Crawford County Wisconsin. The son of Harold and Sophia (Burgus) Lewis. He married Diane Grassman on September 18, 1955 in Richland Center. In the early 60's Bill worked as a farm hand and later moved to Waukeha, and worked for 34 years as a tool and die maker. He loved spending time with his family, riding his motorcycle, working in his yard, fishing, hunting, wood working, he also loved, cutting wood, and loved his fish pond . He is survived by his wife Diane Lewis of Boscobel, His children, Debbie LaDue of West Allis, Patty (Steven) Gebhard of Woodman, and Harold Lewis of Arena. Four Grandchildren. Three brothers, Richard (Sharon) Lewis of Boscobel, Charles (Carmen) Lewis of Boscobel, and Randy Lewis of Boscobel. Twin sisters, Jean (Chuck) Roghers of Boscobel and Joan (Don) Atkinson of Wauzeka. He was preceded in death by his parents, a son William G.Lewis, a granddaughter Amy LaDue, two sisters, Maxine Fuestenberg, and Diane Kay Puckett.
Memorial services will be held on Monday August 30, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. at the Kendall Funeral Home in Boscobel. Pastor Barbara Wolfe officiating. Burial in the Wauzeka Cemetery.
